Rachael gained her NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing 30 years ago and has worked in Bristol ever since.
She has focused on Gents’ Hairdressing and Barbering services for 27 years.
Being able to provide a gents’ hair specialist in central Bristol at our salon means male clients can get additional services, including:

Rachael also offers hair consultations with advice on hairstyling products, hair care products and beard grooming tips.
“Listening and delivering what’s asked for is important when it comes to gents’ hair,” commented Rachael.
“Coming from a hairdressing background helps when it comes to giving thorough hair consultations to our male clients, as well as being able to provide better all-round use of scissors and not just clippers.”
Rachael provides traditional gents’ hairstyles such as Skin Fades, but mainly more versatile hairstyles that include length on top with shorter back and sides for the warmer Summer months.
Rachael uses top-quality products for hairstyling and beard care from American Crew and Dapper Dan, as well as Moroccan Oil for hair hydration.
“The Summer is a great time for shorter men’s haircuts, but also with lots of texture,” Rachael said.
“I have a real mix of male clients at the Baldwin Street salon, mainly in the 30s and upwards. I always give lots of hair care hints and tips too.”
Rachael is available for walk-ins but most of her gents’ hair specialist services are provided by pre-booked appointments at the central Bristol salon.
